National Area Health Education Center Organization - (NAO) (AHEC)
at The Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino June 20th to June 24th
AHEC’s mission is “To enhance access to quality health care, particularly primary and preventive care, by improving the supply and distribution of healthcare professionals through community/academic educational partnerships.”
In keeping with this mission, the theme for the conference is “AHECs Role in Healthcare Workforce Development: Pipeline to Retention.” This certainly could not be a more timely and appropriate charge for our network of 52 schools of medicine, 2 schools of nursing and over 230 community-based centers.
The Conference Planning Committee is working assiduously to develop a dynamic, comprehensive, and highly practical agenda. The program will include keynote addresses and plenary sessions by national leaders in health care, concurrent and poster sessions with skilled presenters, pre-conference workshops, orientation for new directors, as well as small-group activities and committee meetings.

Tradulinguas International Technical Translation Conference
